At 3am last night I tried to use a Spotify playlist called Chill to try and cure my insomnia. The 5th song in was Ace of Spades by motorhead. Never again.

Just got a message asking if I would be interested in a university reunion 40 years on sometime in September. This seems like a really bad idea.

@scouseweegian He is an excellent constituency MSP. Only member of Parliament I have met. He regularly visited the villages and came into the pharma y I worked in. At least twice a year.

Today would have been my dad’s birthday. First one without him here. I’ve had odd dreams about him that haven’t been comforting, so I’ve done my usual - be silly and make light of it. We all cope in our own ways with grief I suppose.
