i dont have an issue with carats who don’t engage in fanwars like that’s great, keep your tl peaceful but telling other carats not to defend seventeen is crazy. let people do what they wanna do AS LONG AS they don’t drag other artists or stoop to that fandom’s level
seventeen has been dragged for years, you guys have no idea how it felt seeing hate tweets get thousands of likes and only like 5 carats defending them and where did that get us? did it fix anything? no, spreading lies about seventeen doesn’t benefit them either. if a tweet gets 10k likes saying they’re lip syncing, even people outside their fandom will start believing it too… like “10k likes and no one is defending? must be true”
but now if you have 100 carats in the qrts posting videos of seventeen singing live and those get thousands of likes, NOW THAT actually makes a difference
in a way it’s promotion too 😭 it’s carats who’ve always been holding back until now, so whoever wants to engage let them as long as they aren’t getting seventeen dragged on purpose
