@decayingtea it’s awful :( i see my ex (he bought tickets to my fav band in a small venue grrr) in like a month i can’t have him seeing me like this but i don’t think it’s even gonna be possible to lose the weight in time im my own worst enemie😭

but i just can’t do the years and years of wait times i will fail the degree i am going into debt for, i need help and i need it asap, it’s my fault for leaving it so long, even the top providers with the long wait times seem to have really mixed reviews -

i’m being referred for adhd diagnosis, i’ve been told to look through right to choose and get back in touch when i’ve decided who to go with does anyone have any advice? it’s all very confusing and overwhelming
