I’m disgusting. I binged this MORNING and couldn’t even purge correctly. I stuck my fingers down my throat but stopped when I gagged cause I got scared, pathetic. I took some l@x (bottle said 2-4 a day so I took 3 in one sitting to be safe but also not) to maybe help tho

I needa redo this

Went to my dad’s house yesterday and ate some good stuff for my OMAD😋 I had some of my brother’s fries with the sandwich. I got 9.0k steps and burned 1.7k cals (including bmr)

I binged last night and broke my streak of 2 months…☹️
