Made in the UAE and powering the future. Borouge Plc will deliver the first batch of XLPE materials from the Borouge 4 mega project this quarter, strengthening the UAE energy sector with locally produced materials essential for power grids. The new XLPE plant doubles Borouge’s capacity and is the only operation of its kind in the region. Borouge 4 also awarded around 600 million dollars to UAE based suppliers, building national capability and supporting Operation 300 Billion.

Borouge Plc shareholders have approved an attractive FY 2025 dividend of $1.32 billion, equivalent to 16.2 fils per share, reflecting the Company’s strong operational performance, record sales and financial resilience. The approved dividend represents a 6.3% yield, among the highest on the ADX.
