She has also filed for full custody of their son to protect his well-being, while still allowing Wiz Khalifa to continue paying child support. She’s also seeking $20k for damages or harm done to the child. If the court finds the claims serious and true, Wiz Khalifa could face legal punishment, including possible criminal charges.
