@DoctorBenjy Having played it since beta release and doing multiple saves. I persisted up to last week when i loaded up my old 24 save. In the year 2047 and its just all round a better game. I thought it was just me not getting invested in my saves that was holding it back

I've played a fair bit of #FM26 away from streaming this week, so I've seen the game a bit differently. I actually think it's pretty good, like a strong 7/10 with here it's at now, compared to 5/6 at launch (and skins help) I know some people will immediately fume at that because it's not the 'I want Miles sacked' narrative, but I think those people are still getting over the fact it's worse than FM24, and nobody expected that, and that's pissed people off. As a Football Management simulation, it's actually good, I do think getting deeper into a save helps a lot though.

@nocontextfm1 Its alright. Ive been doing random saves and enjoy it much more. Currently doing a sweden champs league winner save. After that a lower leagues database

It’s now been over two months since FM26 was released… What are your thoughts now? Are you still playing it?

@RegenHunters I like it. Got a good amiens save going in france where youth is allowed to grow. I grew up with the early games where the depth isnt what you get now so prefer that it takes a week per season rather than a month.

I haven't touched #FM26 in about a week, I think I'm going to give it until the next update comes out, then just start the main save and hope nothing breaks. How is your #FM26 save going?

@Frazer_LD I like the game alot and played since 96'. I think theyve gone back towards the roots of the game a bit where it doesnt take months to complete a season. I like doing the basics of tactics, scouting and matches. They fix the niggles and theyve got a great game again

@bostonfmblog I'm enjoying it. It's certainly got some flaws, but I'm glad to be playing FM again. I only got the game this weekend though, so I think not playing the beta has actually helped me as I haven't seen the worst of it.

My #FM26 take so far. Its ok. The bugs on the game are stopping it being a really good game imo. Notable bugs that annoy me. Goal replays not working for every goal. White ball in snow. Other than that most of the crash bugs have been resolved but its still not smooth to play

@DoctorBenjy I think if we treated it like any other game you would give them a few weeks after launch to get bits right. If you forget the beta stage, which we don't get with any other games, we would be on day 2 today. We would expect bugs. Let's see where it is at in december

How you feeling since the beta patch then? Any better? Has it enabled you to have much more fun, or has it papered over cracks? I want to know either way! #FM26

Im convinced all football managers are based like a story rather than changes you do in a save. Lower league saves for instance. Whenever your at the top your team dips and the game makes either the title charge closer or you end up in playoffs #FM26

Everyone who lost (and drew) yesterday has been eliminated. Oldham, Cambridge and....ᴳʳᶦᵐˢᵇʸ have been given a golden ticket to the final 10. But there are still a lot of teams to eliminate. Tell me exactly why I should eliminate X team in the replies!

slow the game is to react to teams growing in the game. my sponsorship is abysmal compared to the other teams in the league and the board still declines youth and facility upgrades as they feel they are sufficient. Make it make sense!

So ive been taking on a lower league database and took on my local club in the lower regions of the lincoln league on #fm24. Many talking points after 20 seasons, mainly united in the championship and a few other surprise promotions but one thing they have to fix on #FM26 is how

@nocontextfm1 Wonderkids aren't the same as they used to be. Early day wonder kids were still relatively unknowns and the joy of finding a player a year or 2 before they actually do become household names has disappeared.

So 1st season at bayern. Win everything and only 1 loss all season in the cl. In the semi of the world club cup and a 1st for me to see. A goalie scoring from a corner. Not my goalie, benficas but pretty cool netherless

So got rid of most of the over 30s. Brought in some youth to develop and so far across all comps. 1 loss 2 draws 41 wins! This tactic is insane. 127 goals and only 15 conceded w/ 9 games still to go. I'm hoping to win every comp and go unbeaten in the league. Then onto a new job

So we won the euro cup and placed 5th in the league. Means we go to the champs league. Next season get to ko and lose to real in the qtrs. A top 4 place looked on the cards but we ended up 6th. Bayern came in. Accepted. Saw that dudes tactics that won the fm world cup. Loaded it

Normally I wouldnt have got Barco due to Boschillia being so good last season in the left winger role, but at 40% wages and no monthly fees he was too good to miss out on. A good start to the season against 3 top 7 teams last season and im confident champs league spot is on

The club gave a little bit of transfer funds and the sale of left back Lund gave another boost to the funds. Some handy frees to stop the loans of forwards was much needed and Roma going into admin allowing some cheap players. 2 loans in for the vacant lb and Barco on loan #FM24
