A big thanks to all who have visited and supported us these past two years! Monday is our last day. Surgery was a setback— exploring our options, it was clear that closing was best. It was terrifically fun and rewarding to share so many great coffees and drinks with you!

We're happy to be back starting this Friday! Friday through Sunday we'll be open from 8am - 1pm. Normal hours start Monday. We'll be serving coffees that we love from Madcap and Morgon Coffee Roasters alongside everything fun on the spring menu!

Many of you know that Aaron is the creator of and heartbeat behind Botany Coffee! He developed appendicitis Tuesday night and underwent surgery Wednesday. We’ll update with more information on hours moving forward when we have more details about his recovery!

We will be closed on Wednesday, May 8th. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Today we start brewing two coffees from Morgon Coffee Roasters ☺️. Sandra Milena Mora is balanced with honeydew and red fruit notes. Eduardo Tulcan Muńoz is lively with mango, jasmine, and cherry notes.

This Sunday we'll have vegan pastries from Hope's Vegan Kitchen! Their popup starts at 8:30am. 🥐

We are taking a quick break next week! We will be closed Sunday through Tuesday (April 21st - 23rd) and will resume normal hours on Wednesday!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by this past Sunday to enjoy waffles at the Houndstooth Spring Brunch! This week our filter coffees are Peru Rivera, Burundi Gaharo, and Colombia Luis Reinoso.

Starting today we are offering pastries from Patisserie 46!

Today we are brewing Rwanda Kanzu, Burundi Gishubi, and Peru Corazón as filter coffees!

Our latest coffee from @madcapcoffee is Burundi Gishubi. As a filter coffee, it has notes of dried cherry, plum, and black currant.

This morning we're hosting Hope's Vegan Kitchen! They have a selection of awesome vegan pastries for your to enjoy!

We will be opening at 8am this morning!

We're happy to have a favorite from last year! Ethiopia Yukro is on our filter menu and has lovely notes of clover honey, lime, and apricot.
