Something I’ve been really, really hesitant to say publicly but… it’s just the truth. I didn’t launch a 10K to buy a lambo. I launched it to help someone very special in my life. This is just part of my announcement in my discord just now.

@MelissaMoore77 The less words the better…just showing up to be a witness to their grief. We have a friend that prays outside of our house for our family and will send a pic from his car telling us we aren’t alone! (I also run a grief ministry Bottle of Tears to help people feel seen).

Many of us have expressed our frustration with how people have interacted with us in our grief (they repeat too many thoughtless platitudes & quote the wrong verses, etc. and etc. and ETC.) but we don't talk as often about the helpful ways people have supported us in our grief.
