@ArgosHelpers my elderly mom has been waiting a year for a £25 refund on a toilet seat I’m sorry but Argos customer services are shameful and useless.

@lucyocallaghanx @Argos_Online My mom ordered a toilet seat last year - it arrived broken badly, so we attempted to fix it but no good so started the process for a return. Argos sent a delivery driver to collect the damaged seat then my mom awaited her £25 refund. A year later and nothing, shameful.

Ordered this air con unit 3 weeks ago for delivery (I have a 3 month old and this heatwave is no joke) today I received this email ONE DAY BEFORE it was meant to arrive @Argos_Online you are a joke..

@McDonaldsUK imagine making a complaint showing all evidence and being told there’s nothing that can be done. McDonald’s you should be ashamed of yourself and the service on here is abysmal. Reported to trading standards ✅

@BurgerKingUK the member of staff who just answered the phone at your Burger King in Solihull is absolutely disgraceful. Rude guy! Needs to be investigated immediately. It’s giving homophobia soon as he heard my slightly camp voice he was vile… not a good look Burger King 👎🏼

@koclubtrustuk @JustEatUK Don’t even bother. They will refuse your refund request they simply don’t care. They have an infuriating customer service system where they are purposely vile useless and despicable to make customers not even bother continue complaining. And they know what they’re doing

@JustEatUK can I please ask a general question, if i make a order for a pizza and chips, and on its arrival i open the box and it was not my order, i rang the driver immediately and contacted the restaurant, i made a complaint immediately including the wrong receipt , is this ok

@JustEatUK Hey @JustEatUK, you’re refusing a refund for my order despite me having CCTV footage proving the driver never delivered. Your support just says "can't refund on this occasion" with zero explanation. Is this how you treat customers with disabilities!

Order#2005909761 from @MarksSpencerInd not being pickup since 9days by @delhivery. No call from pickup agent. automatically cancel the pickup without making any attempt. No serious action takenby @marksandspencer @help_delhivery Everytime same thing happens Hopeless & shameless
