Applied for partner cert, all 10 of our employees completed the training, submitted the google doc (classy btw), w everyone on company email, form is 100% correct, got this reply

After reviewing your submission, we weren't able to verify it against our completion requirements. Before resubmitting, we'd recommend double-checking the following:
•Company email domain: The form must be submitted using your company email address. Personal or general webmail accounts (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com) cannot be verified, as we validate completions against your organization's domain.
•10 learners from your company: At least 10 learners — all using email addresses on your company's registered domain — must have completed all four required Anthropic Academy courses in full. Partial completions or courses completed under different email domains won't count toward the threshold.
•Legitimate, registered business: The company details on the form must match an active, registered business, including company name, website, and domain.
One thing worth flagging: the program is built around established companies participating as a single organization, so submissions from individual learners grouped together under a shared name or domain aren't something we're able to verify at this time.
