Which scene from an animated film will always be untouchable to you?

I always thought this was actually a Sicilianism. In Sicily, “minchia” (literally “dick,” like the Italian “cazzo” @neolatyno was likely referring to) is used as an all-purpose filler word in everyday speech – basically the Sicilian equivalent of a verbal comma, similar to how English 🏴 speakers use “you know.” You’ll hear it constantly for emphasis, surprise, frustration, admiration, or just to keep the rhythm of conversation flowing. It’s so deeply ingrained that it barely registers as vulgar anymore for many speakers. This has been going on for a long time, likely centuries. The language has softened it into milder variants over time, like “mizzica” (the polite, grandma-friendly version, widely used for “wow” or “damn”), along with quick shortenings such as “mi” or drawn-out “miiiiinchia” that Sicilians of all sorts use without even thinking.

No they don’t! What? Be a normal person like Italians, we use the dick for everything: What the dick are you doing? This is a dick bad situation. I don’t get a dick of what you’re saying. It’s a dick weather. What dick went through your mind when you decided to do that dickery?

Data centers are the leading cause of a 76% increase in the cost of electricity for America's largest power grid over just the first 3 months of this year, according to Bloomberg. The 13-state grid managed by PJM serves 67 million people, and costs have spiked this year. This time last year the cost of electricity on this grid was $77.78 per megawatt-hour. Now that cost has almost doubled to $136.53 per megawatt-hour. Bloomberg attributes that skyrocketing cost to the "booming demand from artificial intelligence data centers, which require vast amounts of energy and are putting a significant burden on America’s aging power grids."
