@eyesoffhvn that’s interesting to hear but in west Asia we have our version of rice pudding (or rice mhalbi) so i just did that and added mangoes to emulate “mango sticky rice” 🫶🏻

it’s pretty easy!! soak one rice paper in room temp water then lay it flat on anything, put slices of any fruit in the middle then add on top a scoop of greek yog (mixed with honey) then add more fruit then close it up bringing the sides to the middle then freeze for 10 mins.
