At my peak physique pound for pound I was roughly 295lbs. No supplements, no pre workout. Bench - 535lbs Squat - 745lbs Power clean - 352lbs Deadlift - 605lbs Creatine wasn’t gonna do me any better than the food I ate 3-5x a day. Good nutrition x Good training = Growth.
