@simonrug As an Ulster supporter I'd have no complaints if that try was given. Think it was forward but 9 out of 10 times that try is given. Very harsh but shows the difference in football and rugby the way the players from the Ospreys and Stormers dealt with v late 50 50 calls.

Rory came from a small town in Northern Ireland and grew up at a course a lot like @goathillpark. Holywood is short but testy with wild undulations, requires every shot shape and is very much an Irish “municipal.” Members told me the bigger and older kids used to lock a young Rory in a locker so that they had a chance of winning the club tournaments. They have a very humble but special homage to Rory and his career. That kid and their member went on to win the Career Grand Slam.
