@seetickets why haven’t I received my refund of £121. Was told to rebook another venue which I did and STILL haven’t received refund for originals. Awful

@MagicVaporizers Thank you although my understanding and patience are waiting thin. I have bought a faulty product from yourselves and you don’t seem to be interested in resolving this. Stores and Bickel have not contacted after 48hr. Poor customer service
