This week I spent time thinking 'How happy am I?' In business, we focus on profits & innovation but often overlook happiness. Inspired by @mattdavella's happiness-tracking & "The E Myth," I'm embracing this essential metric. Let's remember to ask ourselves this profound question.

Just seen Rob that you did all 555 miles in 2.5 days. Man are you a machine on the bike. Did you get any sleep in that time? 🙌👋👋👋 fair play taking part was some effort doing the whole trip. Immense. Any others do the full route?

@CrisCardotyn Iawn Chris. 200 riders and 4 did it all. The Pro, one of the organisers, a really good lady from London and I was the 4th and the 1st Welshman to ever do it all. I may have got about 1 to 2 hrs sleep. I was pretty buggered at the end and I was quite relieved to reach Murrayfield.

Failure is delay, not defeat. It’s a temporary detour, not a dead end I’ve unfinished business w/Ironman Wales. So I’m going to build on last year’s DNF & use it as a stepping stone over the next 33 wks & if this excites & scares me at the same time, surely I have to go for it?
