I’ve used them for years without break. You have probably introduced something into your life that causes your turbinates to swell up, taking up the extra space you created with the strip. Or, breathing through your nose properly is now your new normal and you realize how bad it is to be a mouth breather. I wear a strip most of the day and night now cause life is just so much better, I don’t even care that I look like an asshole.

Yo, you should look into overbreathing if you haven’t. It will throw your entire system off, cause shortness of breath, anxiety, and can cause sleep apnea like symptoms. My o2 ring would wake me at night every time I spiked below 90%. If you have trouble breathing through your nose, the strips will make a massive difference as well. I haven’t slept without one on in years. Make sure you get the strongest ones on the market, I’m guessing the magnetic ones are best but I use Breathe Right extra strength.

He says he mostly buys bitcoin at the lower risk bands (using his ITC risk metrics), and sells at higher risk bands. That's his strategy. He held only bitcoin for the last 3+ years because he called for the btc dominance to go to 60%+. When eth went to <$1500 he said he bought. Then he called a sweep of ath and when it did he said he sold 1/6th of his ETH, and called for it to drop at least 30%. Now that it has had that correction he is calling for it to run to ath again and outperform btc for the rest of the cycle. He has pretty much nailed it the last couple of years but is open about the fact that he doesn't really trade based on his analysis, and often admits he's been wrong a lot in earlier cycles and will be wrong again eventually. The most entertaining and I suppose most likely outcome is that once he has I told you so'd everyone over to his side, he will begin being wrong. I told you so's are never a good look, and you could argue it doesn't count if he doesn't put money behind every call, but he seems to get a lot of shit and after all he is an influencer with a product to sell, so gotta keep that in mind I guess.

Ben has gone all ‘I told you so’ I told you so has no value in markets. You can be right and lose money. You can be wrong and still make money. I told you so is the hallmark of a person that cannot consistently take money from the markets.

Here’s why no more 4 year cycle guys are wrong. 4 year cycle lows are made up of weekly cycles chained together. Weekly cycles are made up of daily cycles chained together. And the fractalisation continues in both directions across all time frames. So now we simply ask, are the daily cycles gone? No. Are the weekly cycles over? No. So why is it ok to say those weekly cycles won’t chain together to give a yearly cycle? It is obviously bullshit to doubt the cycles - we can literally see them showing up as expected on all timeframes. I call them live on my YouTube channel. My indicator also picks them for you and projects boxes into the future where we can say they will show up with 70-80% confidence depending on the asset. That’s an extremely powerful edge. The ‘4 year cycle is dead’ guys are literally saying something as silly as ‘RSI is dead, it can never make it over 70 again’ Good. That’s what makes a market.
