@bpdretard iron pills r good, if you take vitamin c with them it helps the iron absorb better btw. but if you cant do they they have those little iron cute shaped things to boil in soups/any water tbh and it basically infuses it with iron (i hope that makes sense)

i think i have a pretty bad iron defficiency, any tips on how to get more iron other than meat?
