@allison_k13 These people can't get over the fact that UNC hired Erin Matson. She proved them all wrong. Not only could she coach but she won the national title. They are so bitter over it. Now they are crying about other players deserving to be on USWNT more than her because she took break.

@JillGattens I am not surprised. Seems like team USA has been jaded with the UNCFH program/players. Could it be because Matson became coach? Heck, Dixon and Wirth had all been active members of the senior team but have not been of late which I found interesting.

@allison_k13 Many red flags in that article. one of my biggest is that she and UNC leadership are speaking to a journalist and providing quotes for an article bashing USAFH/the team she wants to try out for. Kind of strange? Why do they have to go to the media?

@allison_k13 @NationHahn The only thing I think you are missing in your timeline is that she was given the opportunity to train with those 24 players back when she graduated. She declined that opportunity to accept a coaching opportunity.
