Corect ca principiu. Dacă ai investit 30k€ și scoți 30k€, nu ai câștig, deci nu plătești impozit.
DAAR calculul se face per tranzacție, nu global; nu poți cumula „tot ce ai băgat în 3 ani" ca un singur cost.
Și aici e partea tricky.
Dacă ai o tranzacție pe +5.000€ și alta pe -5.000€, teoretic ești pe 0, dar dacă nu ai documentația pentru cea pe pierdere, ANAF vede doar câștigul și îl impozitează.
Pierderea există pentru tine, dar fără dovezi nu o poți deduce.
De aceea exportul de istoric din platformă (Binance, Coinbase, alt CEX) e esențial, e practic dovada ta.
Vestea bună e ca pierderile se pot reporta până la 7 ani, deci poți compensa cu câștiguri viitoare dacă ții evidența.
Platformele sunt acum obligate să raporteze tranzacțiile direct la ANAF, deci nu mai e loc de improvizat.
Pe scurt, scoți capitalul investit fără impozit, dar trebuie să poți demonstra costul de achiziție pentru fiecare vânzare în parte, altfel riști să plătești impozit pe bani pe care tehnic nu i-ai câștigat.

Știai că din 2026, Binance, Coinbase și alte CEX-uri raportează automat tranzacțiile tale la ANAF⁉️
DAC8 e în vigoare. Impozitul a crescut la 16%. Și ANAF a găsit deja 49 milioane de euro nedeclarate într-un singur audit.
Fie că ai avut profit sau nu în ciclul ăsta, dacă vrei să scoți bani sau să tranzacționezi în continuare, ar fi cazul să fii la curent cu ce s-a schimbat.
