Solid breakdown. The piece most local businesses miss: GBP optimization is now the foundation for AI visibility too, not just traditional local pack rankings. ChatGPT and Perplexity pull from the same trust signals - reviews, structured categories, consistent NAP. We're seeing only ~1.2% of local businesses get recommended by LLMs right now. The ones that do almost always have strong GBP profiles as their base. 2026 local SEO = optimizing for Google AND for the AI that reads Google.

The language rewriting finding is wild - 43% of non-English prompts getting rewritten to English before citation selection basically means non-English content is competing against the entire English web for visibility. We track AI citation rates for local businesses and the numbers are already brutal in English (~1.2% get recommended). For non-English markets this adds a whole extra layer of disadvantage. Structured data and entity consistency across languages matters more than ever. If the AI is going to rewrite your query anyway, your business needs to be recognizable regardless of which language the search runs in.

A new report by Peec AI analyzed over 10 million prompts and found something that should concern every marketer and SEO professional outside the US. When users ask ChatGPT questions in their native language, the AI quietly rewrites those questions into English before searching for answers. 43% of all fan-out queries from non-English prompts ran in English. Nearly 78% of non-English sessions included at least one English-language search query running in the background. ChatGPT isn't just translating your question. It's deciding which sources to trust before your language even enters the conversation. Language filtering appears to happen before citation signals are considered, meaning your carefully optimized local content might never get a fair look, regardless of how authoritative it is in your market. The business implication is straightforward. If you're building content strategies for German, Spanish, Portuguese, or any non-English audience, your competition isn't just other local publishers anymore. You're competing against the entire English-language internet for visibility inside AI-generated answers. It's a structural bias baked into how AI search currently works, and most teams haven't adjusted their strategies to account for it yet. Are you seeing this play out in your market?

This is real. On the SEO side - what used to take a whole morning (keyword research, competitor gap analysis, site audit, content brief) an AI agent with the right MCP tools does in one session. We expose 135+ SEO tools via MCP at transformSEO. One conversation, full workflow. The 10x doesn't come from working faster - it comes from eliminating the tool-switching entirely.

This 👆 consistency across platforms is huge. New data backs it up too: SOCi's 2026 report found AI local visibility is up to 30x harder than ranking in Google. Most brands doing well in traditional local search are failing to show up in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity results. Tracking where your business appears in AI answers is becoming just as important as tracking Google rankings.

MCP is changing everything - not just ads. We built 135+ SEO tools exposed via MCP so AI agents can pull keyword research, backlink data, site audits, and SERP analysis in one conversation flow. Meta ads via MCP is just the start. Wait until your agent is running keyword research, auditing a client site, AND building the ad copy all in the same session. gettransformseo.com

Been working with @summitrdu remotely for years through @triumphmtech. Last week I finally got on-site. Men’s conference Friday-Saturday → Sunday worship → two days with their team digging into @RockRMS v18. Seeing a team unlock efficiencies through new workflows and features to better empower ministry? That’s the good stuff. Remote work is great. But some things only happen in the room. #RockRMS #ChurchTech

Thinking back to this weekend - Saturdays now look like dance, W Donuts with the grandparents, and frosting covered smiles.

@RockRMS @triumphmtech From "the given key was not present in the dictionary" to this. Clean import, data mapped, good to go.

Came to see the snow geese in our local wildlife reservation and the trail was packed! So many people are here! But the kids loved it! 🪿

@JayKranda @Saddleback @RockRMS This is a great idea. I've seen @HighlandsAL invite to a group via email and text, but I think the QR code could potentially store more information while making it friendly. Have you thought about storing any additional metadata like the Person of who made the invite?

This is the video I wish existed when I churches as me, "What is Rock?" Great overview of the out-of-box features that most churches underutilize. Check-in, group finder, email builder—all powerful, all included.

Most prioritization frameworks show what you're working on. IPF shows what you're NOT working on. That's the hard part. We use this at @triumphmtech . Here's how it works: triumph.tech/resources/inte…
