The Tennessee government and former vaccine chief Michelle Fiscus (@drfixus) have largely negotiated a settlement to end her wrongful termination lawsuit, but can't agree "regarding non-disparagement and confidentiality," per most recent filing. Somehow, I'm not that surprised.
