No wonder the government is desperate to get rid of the Waitangi Tribunal. Their latest report on the Treaty Principles Bill is absolutely excoriating. It also reveals that the government claims mere consultation with Māori is a ‘novel reinterpretation of the Treaty’ - wtf.

This is so incredibly depressing. If I was relying on AI there was so much stuff I wouldn't have learned, and many weird holes I wouldn't have gone down or learned about that ended up paying off later in my career.
