Inner Dialogue

Hey everyone! This brand new account of mine is my home away from home. I want to be a better writer and so I want to try and write most days and post. Let's see where this takes us!

Her: Why do you always leave the party early? Him: Less traffic on the way home. Her: Yeah, must be nice to beat the rush. Him: Sometimes it is.

Him: "Why did you leave?" Her: "I didn't leave. I was lost, searching for a way back to you." Him: "All I needed was for you to stay." Her: "And all I wanted was to be enough for you. But we both failed, didn't we?"

Him: I want to be a good person. I really do. But I feel like I never will be. I'm an asshole, I'm narcissistic, I don't care about anyone but me. But I want to be good. I want to do good things. Shouldn't that be enough to be able to change? What more do I need to do.

Her: Tell me you love me Him: no Her: why not? Him: cause everything I love leaves me... And I don't want you to leave me

Him: I never should've told you we could still be friends Her: What? Him: It eats me up every fucking day and it kills me every time your name pops up on my phone Her: Then why did you stay if it hurts you?? Him: Cause I'd be lost without it. The pain is the only thing I feel
