I’m posting this because I don’t know what else to do. ‼️EMERGENCY FUNDRAISER FOR FUNERAL EXPENSES‼️ I can’t make a GFM because @gofundme has locked my account due to my phone number changing. I am reaching out to ask for help raising money to help rebury my momma who I just found out yesterday passed in 2024. My mother died from Influenza-A and Pneumonia after being kicked out on the streets of Arizona by her boyfriend Scott Cooke. She was found severely ill on the streets and taken to the hospital for treatment, where she unfortunately died on April 17th, 2024 at the age of 57. My momma only outlived her mother by a single year, who was buried in Knoxville, TN in 2023💔 I was not made aware of her passing as I was put into foster care and lost/abused in the system. After the funeral home was unable to locate any emergency contact for a week, they buried her alone in a mass public gravesite in Goodyear, AZ, for the abandoned and unidentified. I found all of this out yesterday after looking into family history with help from @LDSchurch . My mother was never a perfect person and made many mistakes, but she didn’t deserve to die alone and be buried alone with a mass of souls left alone. She couldn’t be the mother I needed growing up, but I’d like to be the daughter she needed by taking care of her in death, and moving her to be buried with her family in a nice, peaceful plot covered in flowers, especially somewhere close so I can visit her. I’d like to see if she can be buried with her family in the veteran plot as her dad served in Vietnam with @USArmy in Knoxville, TN. (Thank you for your service, Grammpa🫡🫂❤️) I never got to meet her irl, but I remember phone conversations.
