This is Charlie who lives across the street. His owner told me he was best friends with Rep. Melissa Hortman’s Golden Retriever Gilbert. Gilbert was killed during the shootout. Neighbors say he was alive when they brought Gilbert out, but they had to put him down.

Outside Minnesota victim Rep. Melissa Hortman's house. Windows and garage were shot out. Been so focused on the manhunt -- sad to see this and think about the impact.
