Apparently inflation in NZ is back down to 2.2%, but I’m not seeing it on the ground - breakfast at my local cafe for me solo just cost me NZ$60 when I’m sure it used to be more like $40 only a year or two ago!

Jullie hebben het vast niet gemerkt maar ik heb dus de afgelopen periode op 12000km afstand 6 dagen in een ziekenhuis gelegen, moederziel alleen, waar men amper Engels sprak, 2 spoed operaties ondergaan om 3 breuken in mn gezicht met metalen platen te fixen. 🙏 SOS international.

@Chad_Hurley All people complaining today are exposing themselves for using insecure 2FA based on easy to manipulate SMS. 🤣

@kennyog That’s a very pragmatic compromise on security in favour of usability! We prefer to educate users about proper 2FA and be strict. My guess is that Elon’s bean counters are miffed with the associated cost for legacy 2FA.

@bramosnl I understand the security risks of using text messages for 2FA. But for the vast majority of people, the usability of this method probably outweighs its security flaws.
