@brandless sent out free shipping emails. I received one and built an order. At checkout shipping was added. Rechecked parameters of offer which i was within. Contacted @brandless only to get a series of pushbacks. then silent. @brandless is this your idea of customer service??

@brandless received a “free shipping” email from @brandless. Put in an order. It started off an entire motion of stalling and hemming & hawing and i needed to add to order. Customer service’s way to help was to not believe i received a “free shipping” email even after screenshot
