@PeterItebimien @BrownJHM I think we should consider starvation ketosis too. I know this is a case of methanol poisoning, but jumping to the conclusion that homeless = alcohol/drug user can cause us to miss other things. I think getting serum/urine ketones can be helpful so that we don't miss starvation
