April 7 vs Nov 1. I lost 20lbs between photos but the muscle gains in the lats, traps, and even my arms are quite clear. I can’t get over the difference. I can wide grip pull down 130lbs, single arm db bench row 70lbs, and do seated row around 195lbs and i think it shows 😌

Being brave and posting gains lol. Also yes i know my shoulder is shrugging; I’m hypermobile and have a shoulder issue/likely hip issues too 😅 I’ll post the comparison pic from April below though
