As you navigate life, I truly hope you never stagnate in your own growth by trying to “fix” or “build” someone who isn’t doing the same for themselves.

Healthy boundaries, transparent communication, and mutually seeking some type of licensed behavioral help will do you both some good. I understand everyone has their own burdens that are inevitable but on top of that, the financial dependence, the alcoholism, it’s way too much on your shoulders. I’m sending you love and light as you navigate through this and don’t be too hard on yourself for prioritizing your self respect/worth as though it’s clear you care and want to help but not where it’s straining your mental, emotional, or financial circumstances to continuously pour into him. As someone who’s dealt with someone who claimed to have BPD, feel free to reach out at any time, I’ll be happy to share some resources I’ve been able to find online. 🫶🏻

My boyfriend’s Borderline Personality Disorder has completely worn me down, his mental state is too fragile and episodes are happening too easily no matter how much I try to help him I don’t want to break up with him but I feel like I’m at the end of my rope; I’m miserable

The way that people silently judge my sleep schedule and anti coffee/energy drink lifestyle, I’m trying to give matcha a try because it takes almost a full day for me to finish a whole ass Celsius 💀
