@meatycitadel because people who experience little to no dysphoria are called trenders or fakers because of this misconception. someones dysphoria does not equate to level of transness and that is often misunderstood by both cis and other trans people

HRT changes DNA methylation to epigenetic environment the same as a cys woman’s. Every cell in your body at 7-10ish years on HRT is replaced by one with that epigenetic environment. By literally every metric except for genitals and chromosomes or body changes to female.
