We had a sit-down with one of Geraldine High School’s rising stars — Braxton Franklin, a freshman ready to make waves on the field. School: Geraldine High School Mascot: Bulldogs Position: Outside Linebacker Grade: 9th (Freshman) Braxton has big goals this season — not just for himself, but for the entire team. Team Goals: Win the area and bring home the Alabama 3A State Championship Personal Goal: Lead the team in forced turnovers This summer, he’s focused on putting in the work — gaining weight, building strength, and preparing to be a major force on defense.
