@sunpol_east developers can’t afford to build large percentage of affordable homes as those lose money. They have to build luxury homes to pay for the affordables. Social homes lose developers money. It needs councils to build houses but they don’t have the money. Impossible.

This is Britain. A woman was just about to board her bus to work so she poured the remainder of her coffee in the drain. Suddenly, she is chased down by not one, but THREE enforcement officers. They give her a £150 fine for "polluting" the environment. No, this is not a comedy skit. This happened in real life. Pouring coffee in the drain is a very serious matter in Soviet Britain you see.
