Cho thịt ngan vào tô lớn, hỗn hợp ướp thịt ngan gồm:2 muỗng cà phê gừng băm

Chút tiêu xay
Trộn đều hỗn hợp ướp với thịt ngan cho thấm gia vị, sau đó để tủ lạnh thêm 30 phút cho gia vị ngấm hoàn toàn.
- Bước 2: Làm ngan cháy tỏi
Bắc chảo lên bếp, cho chảo ngập dầu để khi chiên thịt nhanh chín và đều màu.
