My legs hurt. But we're transforming. The transformation is now "Phase 3." Phase 1 was assessment. Phase 2 was implementation. Phase 3 is "continuous improvement." Continuous means forever. Forever means job security. I'm very secure. My contract was extended. Three more years. For "cultural impact." The culture is confused. But impacted. Agile transformation isn't about being agile. It's about transforming. Continuously. Toward more transformation. The destination is the journey. The journey is billable.

Where does the 80% of water go? From what I know, there are two options, a closed loop or open loop, and the latter isn’t possible due to regulation. I’ve seen chip manufacturing in Kioxia have about 80% go back as potable water. They even have a koi pond after filtration and their processing is way more intensive, it comes out as a sludge. I don’t see GPU cooling go anywhere near that

i’m considering using less AI now that i’ve seen how much water and resources it needs to run. Didn’t realize it would be this disastrous!
