Dear Ava Peace, Jowy and Management,
Your attempts to deflect accountability in what uv just shared on your social’s about the “stolen” song are both conjectural and baseless. According to my interview with the songwriter Tazzy, he never denied engaging in discussions with your manager in April.
As a professional in the songwriting industry, he routinely collaborates with numerous creatives, rendering such interactions unremarkable. However, your narrative deliberately misrepresents the core issue. The dispute does not hinge on whether a conversation occurred but on whether the songwriter sent a demo to your manager, an action he(Tazzy) categorically denies.
Your reliance on a screenshot purportedly showing a demo sent on July 16 is not only misleading but also undermines your credibility you Jeff’s little deceptions. The referenced demo pertains to an entirely different composition, rendering your claims specious and your conduct not just foolish but dim-witted.
In contrast, I possess a comprehensive video screen recording of the entire conversation, which unequivocally supports the songwriter’s account which I’m releasing tmrw in my interview with Shalom 256.
Your actions reveal a pattern of mendacity and ethical bankruptcy. It is evident that you acquired this song last week on Wednesday but fully aware that it was already bought, developed and awaiting for release by Sheebah.
This song was illicitly obtained through a demo producer who lacked both the legal and moral authority to sell it, in clear violation of intellectual property laws. Your intermediaries falsely claimed the purchase occurred in months back with no proof to back it up whatsoever which is so shameful as your management claim to do professional legit business but in true fairness operating his business like he’s somewhere deep in Djibouti.
The timeline of your actions further exposes your duplicity because the audio of your song was recorded on Wednesday, the video filmed on Thursday, and the song released on Friday🫢🫢🫢an unprecedented rush that betrays your awareness of the song’s contested origins.
Your assertion of maintaining “silence” and someone having “pressed your noses” is perplexing, as Sheebah has made no public statements on this matter. Such claims are not only unfounded but also indicative of a calculated attempt to garner attention through fabricated controversy.
Your conduct marked by pathological dishonesty, attention-seeking theatrics, and a sadistic disregard for the integrity of the creative process demonstrates that you and your manager are unfit for the sanity of Ug’s music industry. This is 2025, and such manipulative tactics are neither sustainable nor tolerable

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG In conclusion, we are not going to be drawn into slander wars or social media theatrics. If you believe intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, the courts are open for business.
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG The rush you mock the recording, video shoot, and release only speaks to our efficiency and coordination.Haste does not eliminate ownership. And as a side note, not all artists require weeks of preparation to drop quality material. Ava is a working artist with ready budget, and vision
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG We also view your remark on sheebahz "silence" as presumptuous along with manipulative.Sheebah and her team have never uttered anything against Ava publicly on this track.Your attempt to sow seeds of discord between artists reeks of desperation as well as seeking cheap publicity.
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG If your case were strong, you would take it through the proper legal or intellectual property channels not Twitter, and certainly not through the vehicle of verbal tantrums disguised as press releases.
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG Your comments are laced with ad hominem abuse and insult ("dim-witted," "pathological dishonesty," language beneath anyone who describes themselves as a professional in this field. Your diversion and blackmail strategy is ancient as it is crass.
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG If there's conflict between the songwriter and demo producer, it is an internal matter in your ranks. Don't attempt to drag our artist's reputation into your own disorganisation.
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG Regarding your assertion that the song was "illicitly obtained," allow us to be perfectly clear: Ava Peace's management purchased the song through due process. The intermediary utilized agreed or not had legal room to deal.
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG Your "video screen recording" is no substitute for paper work. And in fact, your inability to have any legal proof substantiates the superficiality of your claim.
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG You cite July 16th as if it's this definitive moment. But a demo is not a copyrighted work. A demo is just a rough draft. Unless the songwriter can get a signed agreement prohibiting the resale or reproduction of the material, his point does not cut it.
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG simple contracts, time stamps, receipts, and records of communication. The release time of a song has no bearing to where it was made. You could buy a song today and choose to record or release in ten years. This is standard in every thriving music industry globally.
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG Let us deal first with the crux of your grievance: ownership and originality. You seem to confuse verbal exchange, offhand gossip, and "screen-recorded" rumor with legal possession. In the professional music industry world where we are so immersed ownership is achieved through
English

@frankbalkazerg1 @avapeace_1 @GalaxyFMUg @MBU @BigEyeUG Dear Sir,
Your most recent statement, couched in sensationalism and smacking of vitriol, brings little closer to supporting any legitimate charge. Instead, it illustrates a frightening desperation to control a tale which for a long time has escaped your grasp.
English

While others are busy garnering clout, @avapeace_ & @jowylanda are over here belting out to hearts. “No One” because not everyone deserves a love song. No One is a demonstration that talent prevails over drama.
