@KatrinaCliffe Same with phone calls, everyone’s expected to be available all the time but interruptions totally destroy flow

I really enjoyed this session. We really are all slaves to email and it just robs you of time to think deep to get the desired outcomes. We’ll definitely be exploring ways we can reduced email comms to get better results.
