I think there is an opportunity to model democracy that resembles the systems we use in the real world, and not just about the huge issues.

#BHN So @NZNationalParty's @HareteHipangoMP says of 16/17 year olds that "psychological evidence" says they're "not fully functioning" when it comes to voting, but when it comes to crime National wants to treat them as adults which would imply they are fully functioning?
