@MbarkCherguia I don't know. Butterbean looked kind of like that and would knock you TF unconscious with one pop. He's probably not Butterbean but best to be careful.

American was able to buy her 3 story home in 1989 shortly after getting married She worked a minimum wage job at JC Pennies and her husband worked at a shoe store in the mall They were able to buy this 3 story home and only put $3,000 down “I feel sorry for young people today. This f*cking economy sucks — I don't think two people working retail jobs in the mall can afford to buy a house today and have two paid off cars. And then the wife gets pregnant and she stays home. 'cause that's what I did. That is so unattainable” “In this country, in the United States, everybody in this country should be thriving, not surviving — If you go to work every day, you should be thriving. Something's gotta change. And I am neither side, I'm neither Republican or Democrat. 'cause they're both, they're both evil and crooked” She explains we have the illusion of choice but no matter who we vote for it’s a lie, nothing changes She’s right Home ownership is completely unaffordable and neither side offer any real solutions (so far) to the cost of living crisis. Especially the cost of home ownership and cost of rent crisis Our own Congress can’t even be bothered to pass voter ID….

RIP Spirit Airlines ✈️🖤 You were never really a “$49 flight.” You were a $49 audition for a $180 flight with no legroom, no recline, and a $45 carry on fee that hit different at the gate. You didn’t sell seats. You sold hope. Chaotic, yellow, mildly turbulent hope. The knee room was a suggestion. The bag fee was a surprise. The delay was a given. And the gate area? A social experiment. Nothing brought strangers together quite like a 4 hour delay and one shared outlet. Sometimes too together. RIP to the man in terminal B who caught hands over a middle seat. We salute you. Spirit didn’t just have flights. They had ringside events. Fly high, Spirit. Or don’t. There’ll be an upcharge for altitude. 🫡

@dantypo Less than 1% of workers receive $7.25/hr. State minimum laws require more except for 12 states. Of those, the average wage is around $20/hr

The minimum wage in Pennsylvania is $7.25 an hour. A regular Auntie Anne’s soft pretzel at the mall is $7.29. Imagine telling someone an hour of their time is worth less than a pretzel.

@YevetteMM @ForgiatoBlow47 I believe Oct 7 was a false flag by Israel. Troops were pulled off, orders given not to respond up to 6 hours after attack. Testimony given by soldiers. Bibi admitted was great excuse to invade Gaza

True. But the enrichment keeps going up closer to make a bomb. I feel like the tombstone that read “ I told you I was sick” when they do get it. Iran believes in chaos and will continue at another level. I remember domino theory of Vietnam and have been critical of the argument. You can see the armaments they have now. We know they subsidize terrorists groups all over. All the leaders say death to America. I really believe it’s pay now or regret later.

Home aren’t selling in Phoenix Arizona Buyers are interested, they’re signing contracts, putting the money down and then backing out of the purchase “They're walking away after doing the math and deciding the deal just isn't worth it. According to Redfin and the National Association of Realtors, contract cancellation rates hit multi-year highs in 2025 and have stayed elevated heading into 2026. Phoenix specifically came in at 18.8% canceled contracts as of December, 2025, meaning nearly one in five signed deals in the metro fell apart before closing” Here’s what’s going on: In Arizona, once a buyer signs a contract on a condo, the seller has to provide full HOA documents during the inspection period That's when buyers finally get to see the association's fees The median monthly condo fee hit $420 in 2025, according to realtor. com data, that's up 29% since 2019 (That’s a HUGE increase) Once they see this extra monthly cost, it’s too expensive and they back out

@YevetteMM @ForgiatoBlow47 Aren’t you worried what Iran will do in 5 years when they get the bomb? Or do you think they will restrain themselves? Their religion believes that there must be chaos for their god to come and have the final battle in Jerusalem

They didn’t change my support. Trump changed it. I am by no means anti Trump, but I don’t like the war and some of the sh*t he’s been doing. I came to that conclusion BEFORE listening to Tucker, or any one else for that matter. I don’t really follow what Candace has been saying, but I do check in from time to time. People’s opinions don’t change my mind, I come to conclusions on my own.

@WallStreetMav Borrow $200K at 8% compound interest over 30 years. Payback $528K at $1467/mo. Only way this works is to put all the money you have from your great job to pay off in 5 years . About $4000 a month for 60 months.

Most people are coming to the realization that many university degrees are worthless, or at least not worth 4 years of your productive life and not worth $100,000 to $200,000 in debt. Looking back at your degree, was it worth it? Or was it just a good time for a few years? Would you do it again? My degree was a complete waste of money (business school) and I ended up in a career that didn’t require it at all.
