Leadership Without Compassion is Not Leadership During his visit to Benue State in June 2025, Bola Ahmed Tinubu stopped at the Government House but did not go to the actual scene where innocent Nigerians lost their lives. Similarly, yesterday in Jos, his engagement ended at the airport instead of at the affected communities. What happened in Plateau yesterday highlights a complete absence of leadership. True leadership requires presence, empathy, compassion, and a willingness to meet people where their pain truly lies. For citizens who have just lost loved ones, homes, and their sense of safety, being addressed from an airport tarmac is profoundly inadequate. This approach exacerbates the sense of abandonment already felt by innocent Nigerians who have endured repeated cycles of violence without meaningful protection or justice. Plateau deserves more than distant words; it requires urgent action and a clear commitment to ending the insecurity that continues to claim innocent lives. In such moments, leadership must not only be visible but also tangible—standing with victims, listening to survivors, and acknowledging the depth of their grief. If we truly desire a better Nigeria, we must demand leadership that is present, responsive, and responsible at all times. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

@Berko_Crypto It's been 11 hours that the Pengu SBT contract minted a successful transaction. @JupiterExchange be aware that we were shut out from minting since like 14hours to deadline. @jup_mobile trader badge suddenly wasn't enough as a criterion to mint anymore 14 hours to mint deadline.

bm everyone, Today is my last day at Berachain. Among all the places I've worked in the last 10 years, this has easily been the best. I joined the team a couple years back excited to not only put bears on the blockchain, but to work with an elite team building out a crazy experiment. I didn't know just how much I'd love working with this crew, through highs (Boyco) and lows (also Boyco), and it was very hard to make the decision to move on. This remains one of the most talented, passionate, and familial cultures in the space, and I know that there's still a lot of passion and drive to improve from the top down. After a lot of hard work over the last 6 months, PoL vNext is going live soon with some initial case studies (see Smokey’s new tweet), so it felt like a logical point to take a step back and get back to building 0->1. Huge amount of thanks to @SmokeyTheBera for taking a bet on me, and thanks to everyone for the small moments, the comraderie, and the support. It's been an honor and a pleasure. Cap'n Jack Bearow out

Just hopped off a call with a Dutch🇳🇱 ecom founder living nomad life in Bali, doing $2.5M/yr and already hitting $10k days just in the UK market. Impressive. But he came in with a mess. His accountant had him running a Dutch BV → holding company → US LLC chain that honestly made my head hurt. Operating in Bali without a filed tax number, personal banking stuck on a Dutch address, KYC nightmares every other week, heavy transaction fees eating into European sales, and earning a flat 1x on every dollar of ad spend. On top of that all, no proper tax residency (defaults to NL since he is from there). That's not a tax strategy. That's a liability waiting to blow up. So we're scrapping the Dutch entities entirely and building what I call the Three Phantom Pillars. First, we consolidate everything through the existing US LLC. Clean. Simple. And it immediately unlocks dynamic payment processors like Shopify Payments and Klarna, cutting transaction and conversion fees on those European sales right away (US shopify payments have lowest transaction fees when selling to international markets). Second, we establish official tax residency in Paraguay. This isn't a gray area workaround, it's government-stamped documentation showing zero tax liability, legally and cleanly. The whole thing only requires a 24 to 48-hour visit, with no ongoing minimum presence required. Annual maintenance runs $500 to $1,000. That's it. KYC headaches? Gone. Tax compliance? Solved. 0% personal tax on properly structured foreign income, permanent. Third, and this is where it gets interesting, we build the wealth vehicle: 🔐 Open a Panama Foundation through our community tax attorney, remotely. This becomes the anonymous, untouchable structure that owns everything. 🔐 Business profits flow tax-free into a Swiss bank account held by the foundation (instead of them just rotting in his US LLC accounts). Not his name. Not his problem if someone comes knocking. 🔐 Against those Swiss assets, he takes a Lombard loan. Borrow up to 80% of cash at around 5% interest. Reinvest cheap leverage back into the business without ever touching the principal sitting in Switzerland. Then we fix the daily spending situation because right now he's bleeding on every swipe. We get him a real US residential address, which unlocks US credit cards with zero foreign transaction fees. We port over his Amex first, then we stack the Atmos Rewards personal card on top. That card earns 3x points on international spend, and with a Bank of America checking account active, that bumps to 3.3x. Here's where it gets fun. Those Atmos points transfer to Alaska Airlines, and at a 6 cents per point valuation, 3x points on international spend in Bali effectively means 18% back on his daily lifestyle. Groceries, restaurants, coworking spaces, weekend trips across Southeast Asia. All 18% cheaper. 🔥 0% global tax liability, fully legal, government-documented 🔥 Business profits locked in an anonymous Swiss account with cheap leverage available anytime 🔥 KYC and compliance headaches eliminated permanently 🔥 18% back on everyday international life in Bali He went from a convoluted, legally murky setup that was costing him on every front, to a structure that actually works for how he lives and where he's going. This is what happens when you stop patching a broken system and just build the right one from scratch.
