The shift that changed everything: > Deleted every "I hope this finds you well" > Cut company intros entirely > Stopped listing features What's left? One pain point. One question. Your prospect decides in 3 seconds if they're reading or deleting. Write for that.

The 15-minute research process that 10x'd our personalization: > Pull their LinkedIn "About Us" section > Find their exact language for what they do > Identify 1-2 recent wins or announcements > Note their ICP (who THEY sell to) > Use their words in your email, not yours Stop writing "I noticed you're in [industry]." Start writing like you actually understand their business. PS: This is also the best way to build lead lists at scale - just use AI instead of doing a 15 minute research yourself.

Last month we had 15 domains die in 72 hours. Reply rates dropped to 0.3%. Clients panicking. Campaigns dead. Here's what saved us: > Killed all infected domains immediately (no "recovery" attempts) > Spun up 20 fresh domains > Rebuilt sending volume over 2 weeks, not 2 days The result? Back to 2.1% positive reply rate within 3 weeks. Most people try to save dying infrastructure. Just burn it down and rebuild faster.
