Valuable lesson from @mboyle1959 about professional delivery yesterday: Who is your audience? What is the take away? Complex concepts appeal to top 1% elite training audience. Simplicity appeals to 99% gen population & still captures top 1%. Never stop growing. Thanks Mike!
