@thameswater Please advise what is going on. Someone was meant to be coming today to fit a meter. I was advised to call this number 08000093816. 1st time, I was position 13 in the queue got down to 1st and call was cut off. 2nd time got from 17 to 1 and got cut off😡

@thameswater Just tried that and just got the run around with an automated system. Please suggest another way I can attempt to speak to a human being please.
