On Memorial Day (May 25), Minnesota Governor Tim Walz skipped the Fort Snelling National Cemetery Memorial Day ceremony — where he was listed as a speaker — to instead visit George Floyd Square and dance with the crowd.
Multiple people with direct knowledge confirmed Walz was a no-show for honoring fallen veterans and service members.
Instead, he chose to mark the 6th anniversary of George Floyd’s death. He even did some dancing there (seen in this AI video).
One attendee said: “We are supposed to honor our heroes, and he blows off the veterans? What a slap in the face.”

The NFL has had “black lives matter” painted on all the fields for years.
“End racism” on all the helmets.
They added the “Black National Anthem” to pregame.
They encouraged players to kneel during the National Anthem.
But if you even show a sliver of support for Trump, or Conservative values of any kind, the Left, and their lapdog media, will lose their ever loving minds and claim that we are bringing politics into sports.
They truly believe that their beliefs are the only acceptable ones, and that anyone who veers from their Left-wing ideology should be shamed, vilified, and cancelled. They intentionally created an environment where you are rewarded for showing support for the Left, but crucified for showing support for the Right.
It’s not that they don’t want politics in sports, they just don’t want anyone else’s politics in sports. The pendulum has swung back, and they don’t like it now.
