Over the last 10 years I have lived, worked or visited 30 or so countries. From South Africa to Morocco. Italy to Netherlands. US to Canada I have only been to the US once. It is the only country I don’t want to ever visit again. And to the bright students from Africa. There are equivalent good schools everywhere in the world . Go to Oxford or LSE or UCT CapeTown or INSEAD or HEC or Tsinghua or Peking or UoT or Fudan or Waterloo . More importantly we must continuously push our governments to invest in building world class universities here at home
