@PS5restocks_etc Yep, that’s what I’m thinking. Ironic, since I feel a bit uneasy about the idea of console shipped and bumped around en route, preferred the idea of picking it up. I can wait another 36 hours at this point!

@brianholst Waa?! Target, wtf? this is NOT okay. Man I would not be cool with this, that's one hell of a dent. The console might be perfectly fine but a drop that can make a dent like this is pretty concerning, not gonna lie. I'm definitely feeling better about the Walmart order at this rate

Yes indeed, #CostCo always sells out #PS5 quick, but at least this time there was more than one wave. For them, it's good to be signed in already - and if people have it in their carts from previous drops, they get to check out immediately. If you were able to cart it, save it!

@jimijam1 @PS5restocks_etc UHHHHHHH who, exactly, are you shaking your head at dude? That logic is only valid if they shipped them all at the same time. Otherwise, they are deliberately choosing who does and does not receive their consoles in a timely manner.

If you have questions about your #Walmart order from the 4th, you're not alone! There are things that may be good to know. #PS5 -About 80% of orders still say April -Walmart = using multiple carriers to ship (Fedex, UPS, etc) -Walmart = shipping faster than they're updating you

@PS5restocks_etc Thanks for the confirmation! I can always try one of the Spokane, WA stores, since that’s under an hour away. At this point I’ve just resigned myself to thinking of my Walmart purchase as the PS5 for my boyfriend and resumed the hunt. 😆

@brianholst I think you're right, some stores don't have kiosks but that is a little rare. At this rate though, I think most stores (even very remote #Target locations) are getting some in stock... so chances are good... but without a kiosk it's definitely not easy to confirm inventory #

@Zman1863 @PS5restocks_etc I noticed that, too — but does that make it right? Not arguing, just wondering aloud, as this has made me wonder if we’ve societally chucked the notion of “first come, first served” out the window. 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️

@brianholst @PS5restocks_etc I think its probably related to location. Most of the people I’ve seen getting it quicker are from Florida and Texas.
