@AerLingus what does it take to resolve my lost bag?! 6 weeks now, baggage services robotically says "we're looking for it" - no updates, no further info. I try to call, leave msgs for callback NEVER get called back, NEVER get email updates since 28 May. Case ref #7948015.
@AerLingus my bag now lost for 4 weeks!!! Only updates from the baggage team, "we're looking." That is not an answer; what have they tried, where does the bag seem to be located? And finally, when is it considered permanently lost and I claim all the contents? This is ridiculous.
@AerLingus bag now lost for 3.5 weeks on a simple flight from GVA to DUB. Baggage teams telling me over and over just "we're looking for your bag"- this is abysmal customer service. Where the hell is my bag, or tell me you lost it and then you pay me to replace all my items!!
@RevolutApp OK found it, this is weird, to see your txns you have to go to "? Help" and then scroll down, it shows in the "Get Help with a transactions" section. That's crazy, it should be in the area when you select one of your cards!

@RevolutApp - I am trying like crazy to figure out how to view transactions on my Revolut card (not account), no luck! This should not be so hard to find, you need a better UI!
