@UniversalORL I’m so disappointed & frustrated…after over 3 hours in queue I finally got in to buy #epicuniverse tickets and it FAILS. This is after checking since midnight, since you didn’t tell a time. Not sure about going or renewing my pass. I’m so upset & this is too much.
